This course provide an overview of the entrepreneurial process that will teach to identify assess, shape and act on opportunities in variety of content settings and organizations. You will learn and implement the method entrepreneurial thought and action which will give a proven and repeatable process to enable, to create new and added value for stakeholders and society. It examines the economic, social, technological and other transformations that have created an increasing awareness of the interconnectedness  of peoples.

This course deals with the basic concepts and principles in whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratio, proportion, measurements and their applications in solving mathematical problems in Industrial shop work and their various phases to jobs encountered in everyday life.

This course provides problem solving and computer programming skills for students with no prior experience in the area of programming. Students will be using C++ a basic computer programming language, to learn the fundamentals of computer programming including how to write, compile and execute programs. Some familiarity with computers is beneficial.

This course deals with the principle, properties and characteristics of electrical circuits. The fundamental laws of electricity and magnetism, such as, Ohm’s law, watt’s law and the likes. Magnetic circuit, transformers, inductance, capacitance, resistance and semiconductors. Devices in AC-DC circuits. It also deals with basic electrical measuring instruments and equipment. It includes the circuit operations of AC-DC Power Supply and PCB preparation and design.

Provide students with practical, hands-on experience in the application of electronic instrumentation methodology (modeling, analysis and design) and tools (sensors, instruments, basic electronic hardware and simulation software). Ability to understand and have a full command of the basic concepts of linear systems and related functions and transforms, theory of electrical circuits, electronic circuits, physical principle of semiconductors and logic families, electronic and photonic devices, materials technology and how they can be applied to the problems inherent to technology and engineering.Course pedagogy is primarily discovery-based.
