Health Optimizing Physical Education (HOPE) 1 focuses on health and fitness through physical activity and healthy eating. Good health and fitness are achieved through engaging in physical activities and proper nutrition, guided by a well-designed training program and nutritional principles. Each chapter is equipped with valuable information on how one can improve his or her fitness and health. Measures on risk mitigation are incorporated to underline the importance of safety. Techniques are also provided to guide students on behavioral changes and important issues that personally affect them, especially involving body image.
